Course 644: Tuesday 25th July 2017

A one day cookery course for 7-14 year olds.

9.30 am - 4.30pm, £65 (5% Early booking discount until 1st June)

'Additional Hours' available in our Multi Activity camp at the Prep site at £5 per hour for 7-12 year olds:

7:30am - 8:30am (Breakfast included)

8:30am-9:30am

4:30pm-5:30pm

5:30pm- 6:30pm (snack tea included)

Once you have selected this course in your shortlist, you will be able to opt for additional hours if required. 

 

We will be making delicious homemade versions of classic biscuits such as custard creams, bourbon biscuits, party rings, jammie dodgers and ginger snaps.

Children should bring a packed lunch and a drink. No Nuts please. Refrigerated items should be in a cool bag please.

Please note that the cut off for a booking is 3 pm on the day before the intended camp, however if paying by childcare vouchers the course must be booked more than14 days in advance.

654 Summer Baking and Ice Cream

This course is now fully booked. 

 

A one day cookery course for 7-14 year olds.

Brush up your pastry skills making strudel pastry for apple strudel, choux pastry for profiteroles, shortcrust pastry for cherry Bakewell tarts, flaky pastry for strawberry millefeuilles and pate sucre for tart au citron.
